It turns out, he took a ride share to the cemetery to see his mother’s grave. He’d wanted to talk to her. Samantha “Sam” Torres (Dalexa Meneses) saw the notification and figured out where he must’ve gone.
The pair raced to find him and they had a great reunion where some things were cleared up between them. Loli even gave him some advice. She said when she misses Mariana, she closes her eyes and imagines Mariana is right there. We definitely think she’s better with the kids than she knows.

Elsewhere, this first week proves telenovelas are shining a light on the fake in the entertainment world. First, Dulce Ambicion showed how the online influencer thing can be. But here, we have a character, Paulina Castro de Contreras (Gaby Espino).
She’s called the Latina Oprah and is supposedly this great expert of relationships. However, she’s in the midst of a divorce from Rafael Contreras (Osvaldo Benavides), whom she cheated on.
But she’s determined to fight to get him back. In the meantime, she’s been begging him to keep quiet about their situation, even with their daughter.
If the word gets out about their status, her upcoming podcast and book will be a joke. Anything to keep up appearances, rather than being authentic and speaking from one’s mistakes and what’s been learned from them.

In other news, we wanted to talk a minute about Mariana and the situation with the kids. Loli’s asked more than once why her friend would do this and even yelled at a video of Mariana Loli had on her cell phone.
But here’s the cool part. It seems Mariana has been recording videos and leaving notes that will help Loli through this. She described it as her way of continuing to help raise her children from beyond.
We love that. Of course, there’s some secrets Mariana kept that caused a fight between her and Sam. We’re curious if any of these are the answers her daughter demanded.

As for tonight, get ready for some more awkward. Apparently, Loli will get names wrong in a moment of passion. Plus, Rafael is a victim of his manipulative wife and we can so see that.
She’s trying too hard to be perfect, so there’s definitely a control freak within. Finally, Bruno Torres (Rodrigo Vidal), Mariana’s brother, has serious problems and one more knocks at his door. We can’t wait to see him squirm.
