Telemundo La Reina del Sur spoilers reveal Teresa Mendoza (Kate del Castillo) made a huge mistake when she got involved with Pablo Landero (Pêpê Rapazote). Meanwhile, Oleg Yosikov (Antonio Gil) has a tough task ahead. Plus, we’ll see Teresa and Sheila’s (Cuca Escribano) effort pay off. Here’s what you need to know.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: Trouble ahead?

First, La Reina del Sur spoilers reveal Sofia Dantes (Isabella Sierra) had a key part in the big plan last time. Of course, what no one expected was for Faustino Sánchez Godoy (Lincoln Palomeque) to get ambushed and have to take out a bunch of people. This clearly affected Sofia and Paloma Aljarafe (Ágata Clares). Especially since the professor Sofia had to get close to is now Faustino’s captive.

But no one seems more affected than Mateo Mena (Anderley Palomino). And based on his reaction, we’re not sure he’ll be able to live up to his promise he’s still in this. We can see this not only eventually driving a wedge between him and Sofia, but possibly endangering the whole mission. We can see him wanting to free the professor if he feels Faustino’s being too hard on him, or not giving him about of the basics needed for survival. Or being so overwhelmed with guilt over what he’s seeing that he might go to the authorities. We’ll see.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: Business and pleasure don’t mix

Elsewhere, Sofia has mentioned worries about Teresa being mixed up with Pablo. Especially given Teresa’s history with men. We think she’s right, and there was more reason for that last time. As part of the plan, Pablo had to seduce Julieta Brito (María Abadi) and drug her with something that essentially made her a zombie, mindlessly answering their questions. And she’s not supposed to remember anything after the effects wear off. But Teresa wasn’t happy that Pablo went so far as to actually sleep with her. This jealously will not be good for the team, or their potential for after the mission’s over.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: What’s next

As for tonight, La Reina del Sur spoilers tease that life has a way of returning what one puts out into the world, and Lorenzo Mortati (Marcelo Dos Santos) is going to find that out first-hand. Following Teresa and Sheila’s visit, Estefania Olivares will confront the man who helped cover up what happened to her. And Teresa will get everything on tape.

Meanwhile, Oleg will continue with his part of the mission. Tonight, he’ll managed to meet with Ruben, and will mention “Elena Bocanegra” (del Castillo) as a potential client. We’ll see if this guy takes the bait. Oleg’s part of things has definitely been complicated so far, so anything can go wrong.
