Telemundo La Reina del Sur spoilers for November 10th reveal Teresa Mendoza (Kate del Castillo) is in for a scare. Plus, we’ll see a couple of characters dealing with instant regret after that DEA mission. Also, Epifanio Vargas (Humberto Zurita) will continue to prove himself trash. Here’s what you need to know.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: Déjà vu

First, La Reina del Sur spoilers reveal Sofia Dantes (Isabella Sierra) had a lot of trauma to deal with last season, and this one isn’t looking much better. But one of her experiences ended up helping her family. Following their escape from the DEA, Rocío Aljarafe (Sara Vidorreta) is dealing with a gunshot wound. And as they’re all now forced into hiding, one can’t exactly run to the nearest hospital. There’s where Sofia’s past ended up helping.

They needed to get the bullet out of Rocío, something Sofia had been forced to do for someone else last season. So, she was well aware of what to do and put that knowledge to work for her sister. However, this time, Sofia can’t sneak out and talk a pharmacy into giving her antibiotics. So we’ll see how things work out this time. As Rocío is a recurring character/special guest this season, anything can happen.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: Father knows best

Elsewhere, we went back to England last time, where Oleg Yosikov (Antonio Gil) and Teresa had to help Fedor Yosikov (Víctor Rebull). And, despite him saying he had it under control and they didn’t need to interfere, he’s lucky they arrived. The bosses realized something wasn’t right at the tables and later caught Fedor examining the already-shuffled cards ready to be used. They were just about to kill Fedor for the betrayal when Oleg and Teresa intervened and rescued him. We’re hoping this will do something to improve things between Oleg and his son.

Telemundo La Reina del Sur Spoilers: What’s next

Finally, let’s talk what’s ahead. Following the escape from the DEA, Faustino Sánchez Godoy (Lincoln Palomeque) demanded Sofia and the rest destroy any phones with them, as these could be used to track their location.

We believe this will lead to trouble, as Teresa wants to talk to her daughter. We assume she either gets the wrong person on the line or gets a bad feeling when there’s no answer, as she’ll be terrified the DEA is after her daughter.

Meanwhile, Mateo Mena (Anderley Palomino) and Father Gonzo (Fernando Solórzano) were upset with how the DEA mission turned out. In exchange for their help, they’d been assured no one would get hurt. So now they’ll do their best to make up for the damage they caused.

As for Epifanio, he’s going to continue getting back at Nacho Duarte (Matías Novoa) for daring to sleep with Genoveva Alcalá (Kika Edgar). Which shows what trash he is, as he has been cheating on Genoveva for years. After arranging things so she believes she tried to kill herself.

And we expect Genoveva to suffer some consequences as well, which makes us even more torn about the outcome of Teresa’s mission. She needs this to be reunited with her daughter, but Epifanio doesn’t deserve to win.
