Telemundo La Doña spoilers reveal Lucho Navarrete (Bernardo Flores) has a masterplan. Of course, we think it’s also an insane plan, given what we know about Braulio Padilla (José María Galeano). Still, he’s going through with it and he put the first part in motion Tuesday. Can it succeed? Here’s what you need to know.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: The idea

We saw a little while back that Lucho was intrigued by Braulio. He seems to think that Braulio is the key to his salvation, which we guess is somewhat smart. He’s armed to the teeth, and it’s serious machinery. Plus, he’s got some big connections that might help get him out of the country fast. Something we see he’s not confident his father, José Luis Navarrete (David Zepeda) can do. However, we think this is a bad idea, overall. And here’s why.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Why it’s bad

Braulio isn’t a nice guy. He’s also not very patient. This is the same guy who threw his son out of the family business not long ago. One who abused his wife and raped his own son’s girlfriend. He also murdered an innocent woman, Mónica Hernández (Danna Paola), as well as countless others. He’s not easy to work with, and he’s worse when you cross him. Which Lucho is trying to do.  His ultimate plan is to get in, then take over the whole thing himself. It’s a horrible idea, and here’s why.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Can it work?

First off, we do think he might be able to get in. Diego Padilla (Leo Deluglio) was terrified at first when he came off the drugs and realized who he’d been partying with. But La Doña spoilers indicate Lucho did what he does best: manipulate. He went on about Altagracia Sandoval (Aracely Arámbula) destroying both their families, his innocence, and why he had Isabela Sandoval (Paola Albo) lie. We thought Lucho was being overconfident initially, as Diego should be smart enough to realize that Noelia Molina (Paola Fernández) herself insisted Lucho was the one who kidnapped and almost murdered her. He shouldn’t have any reason to think Lucho is an innocent man.

Still, we do think his Altagracia hate might end up blinding him. In the episode we saw him flash back to Lucho going on about Altagracia as he and Noelia talked. She’s helping him get info about what happened to his abuelo, Manuel Padilla (Luis Xavier). That gave us pause, but we really think it’ll be a mess once he’s in.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: What’s next

Say he does. That doesn’t mean he’ll come close to taking over. La Doña spoilers reveal Braulio has no problem killing anyone who gets in his way, male or female. Even his own father, Manuel, wasn’t safe from him. There’s no way Lucho would be. Not if he steps out of line in the least. He will do what’s needed to stop this interloper from stealing what’s his. And the men involved are loyal to Manuel’s son. There’s no way some random kid can come in and get them on his side.

Secondly, he’s too cowardly to pull this off. Yes, he killed his co-conspirators, but most of his victims have been women. Helpless women who were already beaten and raped before he started chasing them with paintball guns. He don’t think he’ll be able to handle himself face-to-face with a man, much less the group Braulio has working with him. Plus, Braulio is far more experienced in the murder game than Lucho, and was helping Altagracia take revenge before Lucho could even walk. This isn’t a contest. And we’ll be loving every second of Lucho’s loss.
