First off, we mentioned last time his latest encounter with Roxana Rodiles (Fernanda Castillo) went terribly wrong for Alejandro. She managed to use people against him to once more assert the power she has in Las Dunas. And, by extension, over him. While he was all “leave her out of this,” we saw he knows when to back down.
When Carmen came to visit, one of Roxana’s people got to Alejandro first to make the rules of this visit clear. He needs to watch what he says of else. You-know-who will be observing the entire encounter. That meant Alejandro had a big choice to make. So, what did he do?

You might remember Carmen is Alejandro’s biggest supporter. Enemigo íntimo spoilers reveal she was basically the only one at the police station to outright say this whole situation is a mistake. Her visit to Las Dunas was all about finding out from him what happened, and finding a way to help her friend. It did not go the way she pictured.
Knowing Roxana’s watching, Alejandro essentially admitted that he is, in fact, guilty of the drugs. He used them to fund his fight against Roxana. When she brought up David Gómez (Leonardo Daniel), he basically said the guy got in his way.
And he took on a tone with her that Carmen clearly didn’t like. By the end of the visit, she was fuming and convinced of his guilt. We have to give the actor props, because you could clearly see how much it pained Alejandro to not deny killing David.

Lucky for Alejandro, he still has some support. Manuel tagged along with Carmen, although he had to wait outside. When she met up with Manuel again, she told him that Alejandro confessed and that was it.
Manuel isn’t buying it. He’s still convinced this guy who saved his life can’t possibly be a crook. We think he’ll be key in proving Alejandro’s innocence, but it shouldn’t be easy. We see her getting in his way a lot, as she’ll think this is a lost cause.
Telemundo Enemigo Intimo Spoilers: What’s ahead
It looks like Roxana will put aside business for a night in favor of something else. And by the description, we assume that Martín Ustariz (Aitor Luna) will be her guest for the night yet again. Meanwhile, Alejandro has come up with a strategy. Will this be a survival inside thing, or a way to prove his innocence to get out? We’ll have to see.
