The ‘Teen Mom’ spin-off is not going according to production staff’s plans.
The show, which is currently filming in San Diego and brings together much of the cast from Teen Mom OG, Teen Mom 2 and Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant has seen cast squabbles turn physical, furniture flipped when the cast was ‘ambushed’ by Farrah Abraham’s appearance and now the residents in the town in which production is taking place are sharing their wrath and embarrassment at being associated with “such trash”.
The first physical altercation happened night one when a previous beef between Teen Mom 2 stars Ashley Jones and Jade Cline heated back up again. Sisters Briana DeJesus and Brittany DeJesus, firmly on team Jade, also got involved. The girls had to be physically separated and moved to different hotels.
‘Teen Mom’ Spin-Off Causing Multiple Production Headaches
Farrah Abraham then turned up to film, yet production kept that little nugget of info from the other Teen Moms (who are mostly now in their late 20’s and 30’s). Once it was discovered Farrah was on set, one cast member reportedly flipped a table Teresa Giudice style, and another threw an object in Farrah’s direction. The object missed Farrah but struck another cast member.
No names have been named in this altercation, but the two cast members with the biggest beef with Farrah are O.G.s Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout who used to share screen time with the reality star turned porn star turned author, turned Harvard expellee.
Now it is the San Diego neighborhood in which the spin-off is being filmed who are getting into it with production claiming the bright production lights set up all around a lake are shining into resident’s homes at all hours of the night.
The complaints became louder when residents learned the “family documentary” that was being filmed was actually the Teen Mom spin-off and the locals are said to be embarrassed and disgusted that their neighborhood will be associated with what they have labeled “absolute trash”.
“This is just a silly reality show filled with drama, entitlement and nonsense,” one resident claimed.

Those on set are feeling the heat. “This entire spin-off is a complete clusterf**k,” claimed one source. “Everyone is mad, everything is super-unorganized and some of the cast feels really betrayed over them bringing Farrah in. They were worried Jenelle was coming too. This is turning into a disaster.”
It has been promised that previously fired Jenelle Evans will not be appearing. MTV admits she was contacted but it was quickly decided dealing with Jenelle was not worth the trouble of bringing her back.
