Tayshia Adams has revealed that she is over the moon for her ex Colton Underwood after the latter finally came out as being gay.

The duo had first come across each other during their time on the 23rd season of The Bachelor. Sadly, Colton decided to put an end to their potential romance by sending her home. Tayshia, for her part, has no bad feelings towards Colt. In a statement given on behalf of Tayshia to Us Weekly, her representative said: “Tayshia is very happy that Colton is able to now live his life openly and without fear of being his true self.
“There is absolutely no ill will – only support for Colton, his willingness to share his truth, and the additional representation for the LGBTQ community.” Colt had clearly made an extremely difficult decision to tell his followers about his true sexuality. After all, not only had he been on The Bachelor, but Colt was also a former NFL player. Given that he was in such a high pressured sport, dominated by male players, Colt took a huge risk with his revelations.
During an interview on Good Morning America, Colt spoke on how it was the right thing to do. He stated: “I’m gay. I came to terms with that earlier this year, and the next step in all of this was sort of letting people know. … I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my life. That means the world to me.” And things have clearly worked out for both parties. Tayshia has moved on with Zac Clark, and their relationship could not be going any better.
Despite the constant rumours of the duo splitting, they have stood firm in the face of such scrutiny. Their relationship could be about to get even more serious, as the couple may have a potential wedding on the cards. In a prior interview with Us Weekly, Zac spoke on the prospects of a wedding. He revealed: “I would say probably not [ruling out a wedding], knowing us. I would say that’s probably a ‘No,’ but, hey, happy wife, happy life. So, whatever she wants, I’m in.”
