Taylor Swift has shown off her friendship with none other than Selena Gomez by supporting the latter’s makeup line.
Taylor Swift And Selena Gomez Are ‘Friends Forever’
The stars are very well aware of each other by virtue of the fact that they were dating the respective Jonas brothers. Selena, for her part, was together with Nick Jonas. Meanwhile, Taylor was connected with Joe Jonas.
While all sides have moved on since then, Selena and Taylor’s friendship has continued to last to this day. During a video in which Selena was promoting her makeup line, Taylor responded with the following: “It’s giving CEO it’s giving gorgeousness it’s giving friends forever.”
But outside of supporting Selena’s brand, the two do go back a long away. During their time dating the Jonas brothers, Selena and Taylor developed a strong friendship. This is despite the fact that Selena and Taylor do come from different worlds.
Taylor started out as a country singer, while Selena was a Disney star during her youth. And yet, they found a lot more common ground than first through. In her prior comments at the time, Selena remarked: “It was amazing, because she was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots.
“And I was definitely up-and-coming and we just clicked. It was the best thing we got out of those relationships.” The fans on social media were delighted by the bond too. And in the process of that, a certain subset were wanting to see a collaboration between the two stars on a music track.
One person wrote: “We Can’t Calm Down After Reading Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez’s BFF Exchange,” while another person stated: “Collab when?!” The pair are clearly on very good terms, given the closeness that they have shown.
