According to reports, Gisele has decided to make her next move by hiring one of the best lawyers around in Florida. It is claimed that she has gotten the services of Tom Sasser. He has had many high-profile clients, including none other than Tiger Woods and Jeff Gordon.
This would firmly suggest that any chances of a reconciliation are unlikely to happen, particularly since Brady recently shut down rumours that he will retire from the NFL. With that being said, it appears that both sides are at war.
A source confirmed the following: “Things are very nasty between Tom and Gisele because of the lawyers. They are ready for a fight.” Those comments are very significant for the following reasons. First of all, Gisele does have a bigger net worth than Brady.
It is claimed that the NFL star has around $250 million, meanwhile Gisele has approximately $400 million. As such, if there is an absence of a prenuptial agreement, then it would make sense for Gisele to hire the best lawyers around.
Secondly, there will also be the issues of co-parenting that need to be resolved. After all, Brady and his wife have noticeably been absent from attending his NFL games. And by the looks of it, there are many issues that need to be resolved.
The following comments confirmed as much: “Tom and Gisele are not battling over the kids, they both want joint custody. But it will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world.”
