Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s epic custody battle is heating up. The pair recently revealed that they are divorcing each other after four years of marriage.
Jonas first filed for divorce in early September and released a public statement that their marriage was over, and it was the decision of both parties to dissolve it.

Jonas is known for his singing skills for the boy band group the Jonas Brothers, and Turner is known for being an actress on the show, “Game of Thrones.”

After the Billboard Music Awards, Joe and Sophie eloped to Las Vegas in May 2019. In June 2019, they had a lavish wedding in France.
After four years of marriage, Jonas and Turner are pursuing a divorce. They have two daughters: Willa, born in 2020, and D.J., born in 2022.
The two of them were reportedly amicably parting ways. They both were on board with establishing a parenting plan to address all issues. The agreement had a timesharing schedule, but recently, the situation has taken a turn.
Some speculation has been that Sophie’s gal pal, Taylor Swift, may have teamed up with her to devise Turner’s lawsuit against Joe Jonas. Both women were involved in a relationship with him at separate times, and thus it is conceivable that the two of them could be plotting together.
Someone saw Swift and Turner dining in New York City, and then two days later, Sophie filed court documents to sue her ex.
Sophie Turner Wants Children with Her in England
Turner requested that Willa and “DJ” be returned to England to be with her. Sophie claims that the children have been wrongfully retained.
The petition was reportedly filed through the child abduction clauses of the Hague Convention. It is a ruling whose efforts focus on the return of children wrongfully retained across international borders.
The reports say that Sophie only wanted her children to stay with Jonas, only temporarily, while Sophie was working on a TV show. As of now, Sophie has her kids with her in New York.
Jonas believed that he and Sophie had decided to reach an understanding. The understanding would suit both of them concerning co-parenting their children.
Turner says that she and Jonas arranged to live in England after selling their residence in Miami.
Turner also claims that Joans withholds their daughter’s passports; therefore, she cannot return to the UK with her kids. However, a court order prevents either parent from relocating the children.
For the most part, Joe has been caring for and bringing the children on tour. Additionally, reports suggest that Sophie is a party girl who frequently goes out drinking. The two parents lead very different lifestyles, and Jonas will most likely seek a better arrangement.
Joe Jonas is currently on a world tour with the Jonas brothers. He ended up commenting about the proceedings on stage. Jonas said,
“If you don’t hear it from these lips, don’t believe it, okay? Thank you for your love and support. Me and my family, we love you guys.”
