On the new season of Sister Wives, we have seen a lot of changes and trouble about the COVID rules and regulations that Kody Brown has set in place and many fans of the show are reminded of many of Kody’s moments and moods during the show. One of the moments that fans were reminded of is when Kody made a comment that he would love to slash one of his wife’s throats.
Sister Wives: The Comments and Actions
The comment that was made was actually made by one of Kody’s friends. This was in when of the first seasons and fans were really shocked when it happened. Now, the scene has resurfaced and fans are extremely off put by it. Kody’s friend told him that he really wanted to slash his wife’s throat and according to some viewers, Kody pretty much agreed that he felt that way sometimes as well.
Sister Wives: Would Kody Brown Slash Someone’s Throat?
It all started on the Instagram account of Katie Joy from Without a Crystal Ball. She shared with her followers just how abusive and toxic Kody is. She mentioned this moment with his friend where he completely defended his friend who made the comment. The friend in question is named Kyle Henderson and according to Katie Joy, he is a “bishop in their church, who was accused of beating his ex-wife.” Then she added, “Kyle pinned his ex-wife Nicole down on the ground and beat her until her entire body was filled with bruises.”
What is very interesting is that Kody was actually a character witness for Kyle when he went to trial for abusing his ex-wife. Kody stood by him throughout the whole thing and this really did not sit well with diehard fans of the show. Back then, many fans stopped watching and stopped supporting the show. Kyle basically got a “slap on the wrist” for the actions against his ex-wife.
Of course, fans of the Instagram account wrote, “Kody Brown is an abusive narcissist. I have no doubt that he is physically violent in his homes.” There were a lot of fans who posted that they feel Kody could be abusive, but of course, there hasn’t been any proof of that so far in his marriage. It doesn’t help that he has been around men like Kyle though.
