‘Sister Wives’ Spoilers: Janelle Brown Hints That Her Coyote Pass Property Has Sold
This was where he wanted to build their dream home, but it turned out that none of the wives wanted this huge dream home.
When Janelle got kicked out of her rental, she bought an RV and was living in it on the land at Coyote Pass. However, she has dropped some hints that the land at Coyote Pass may have sold. Let’s find out more.
‘Sister Wives’ Spoilers: Where is Janelle Living Now?
As fans watched on last season, they were hopeful that Kody would finally break ground on the land at Coyote Pass. Of course, most were not surprised when nothing happened with the land. Some eagle-eyed fans noticed a few months ago that a ‘for sale’ sign had gone up on the land.
This when they started to speculate about the future of the land. This season of the show has already shown that Christine Brown moved back to Utah and Janelle has been hinting at moving back there as well.
Meri Brown has completely shifted her focus on her bed and breakfast, which is also in Utah, so what is going on with the land?
The Sun decided to do some digging and they recently reported that according to the legal documents for the land at Coyote Pass, Janelle’s name is still on the deed. It states that Janelle “still owns the $170,000 Coyote Pass property with her ex-husband, Kody, despite renting a tiny apartment in Flagstaff, Arizona.”
However, no one has yet to break ground on any buildings or homes on the property. What are they waiting for? Is the land still in their names in order to try and repair the marriage? Is there a specific reason behind it all?
As this season of Sister Wives moves on, fans will learn more about the fate of the land, but it is clear that for now, the land is still owned by the Browns. Will we see them actually do something with it? We will just have to wait and see.
