Janelle Brown has admitted that the Covid-19 pandemic has made her question the viability of her relationship with Kody Brown.

The star of ‘Sisters Wives’ was infamously involved in a heated altercation with Kody on the grounds that they disagreed over Covid-19 policy when it came towards their children.
Janelle, for her part, was of the view that her children were adults and therefore should be allowed to socialise or make their own decisions rather than having protocols shoved down on them.
Kody, however, felt that Covid regulations should be followed to the letter. In a statement at the time, Kody said: “I’m making all the sacrifices and I’m asking everybody else to simply meet that level of sacrifice so that the family can exist.”
And yet, looking back, it seems that Covid was simply uncovering major deficiencies within their relationship.
In an episode of the show, Janelle stated: “I’ve caught myself in the last few weeks really reflecting and being like, ‘OK, look: do I still choose plural marriage?’
“Yeah, I still choose it, but I’ve had to have that conscious decision with myself.” One of the main reasons why Janelle feels this way is because her children are now older.
Therefore, there is less of an expectation for her to keep the family unit together on the basis that it would avoid instability. As such, Janelle believes that she has now more freedom in making her decisions as she is no longer tied down.
And that has made her question whether she should walk away knowing that things are not exactly in a good place. She added: “My children are almost grown and there’s not a huge necessity anymore to stay.
“It was a wonderful way to raise children. With Kody and I right now, our relationship is pretty strained. And you know, it’s easy to walk away.”
The writing on the wall has been there for some time, and the only question left to answer is how long can Janelle and Kody continue to live like this. We will have to see how this will all play out.
