She is no longer on The Talk but she sure has a lot to say. Sharon Osbourne has gone on the record to slam her former bosses at The Talk by calling them “weak women” with no backbone after they failed to defend her against racism allegations. Here’s what you need to know.

As many fans can recall, Sharon received a massive payout from The Talk following her controversial and emotional debate about racism with her former co-host Sherryl Underwood.

And now she’s going after the head of CBS Daytime Amy Reisenbach and showrunners Heather Gray and Kristin Matthews for not having her back when she needed them the most. Sharon spoke about the matter during an interview on Sirius XM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show.”

“I think that the showrunners were doing what Amy had told them to do. Weak, weak women, that didn’t have a backbone to turn around and say, ‘This is suicidal. We can’t do this,’” Osbourne said. “And to let it go after the break, so it was 20 minutes on national TV of bashing me. Twenty minutes … They just — it blindsided me.”

Sharon also said that she can’t get over being labeled a “racist.” after defending her friend Piers Morgan from his harsh criticism of Meghan Markle.

“And at the time, I did have on my socials, people complaining that I shouldn’t have supported Piers and that made me look like a racist, but I don’t think that anybody complained to the FCC,” Osbourne said. “I don’t think that I was out of order by dealing with it the way that I did, because I was talking to a friend of 11 years.

“I was talking to a woman that I’ve traveled with, that I’ve worked with, that I sat beside for 11, well, it’s actually, she was there for 10 seasons. So for 10 seasons, I had sat next to this woman. She was a family friend. And then boom, she puts me on the hot seat talking about racism, and she knows my history. She knows me. She knows I’m not a racist.”
