Chrishell Stause has spoken on how Justin Hartley had failed to reach out to her following her mother’s death from lung cancer.

The pair had been married for around 4 years since they decided to tie the knot in 2017. But things would go on to turn out very badly, as the split became bitter, coupled with the fact that Justin had moved on very quickly with Sofia Pernas.
That was very hard for Chrishell to deal with knowing what she was going through. In an interview with People magazine at the time, she remarked: “I feel like anybody would be heartbroken to see how quickly or easily you are replaced; of course that’s going to sting.”
And yet, there was a feeling that Justin may have put behind any bad blood and reached out to Chrishell during what was a very difficult time. After all, she had also lost her father from lung cancer near the same period.
In her new book ‘, Under Construction,’ Chrishell is alleged to have written the following: “I told her [my sister] that he hadn’t, and that I wasn’t really expecting him to, but that it was okay.”
Nevertheless, Chrishell did not seem to be too bothered by that for the following reasons. First of all, there was a suggestion that Chrishell’s mother was not a very big fan of Justin anyway.
Not only did she not watch his work, the very fact of the matter is that she could not remember his name. It is not clear, however, whether this was by accident or design.
The book added: “At the end of the day, she just cared about how someone treated her daughter. I’m not sure if she did it on purpose or as a dig, but she always called him Jacob.”
Ultimately, Chrishell will be looking to remember the positive memories that she had forged with her mother. And given that Justin is no longer involved in her life, there is no reason for her to become preoccupied by anything that he has had to say or done.
