Rob Kardashian is finally making peace with the mother of his child Blac Chyna, which is a good thing, of course. There’s a new report that says the former reality television star has dismissed his assault lawsuit against the Instagram model. Here’s what you need to know.
Reports say Rob filed to dismiss his assault lawsuit against Blac Chyna without prejudice for the sake of their daughter, and a judge has approved the motion.

“My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial,” Kardashian told Page Six in an exclusive statement Friday.
“Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”
Back in February of 2021, it was reported that Blac Chyna had won another case in her legal battle against the Kardashians. A California appeals court determined that Chyna is entitled to a jury trial in her defamation and intentional interference with contractual relations lawsuit. The lawsuit is in regards to the E! TV series, “Rob & Chyna,” which premiered in 2016 and was dropped after only one season.
Chyna filed her suit in 2017 over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with prospective economic relations. Apparently, Chyna’s evidence in her case backs up the claim that Kris Jenner supposedly lied about her allegation that Chyna was violent against Rob. Kris then used the allegation to have their reality television series canceled.
“Chyna also proved that, although Kris Jenner was the ringleader for the plot to get Season 2 of ‘Rob & Chyna’ canceled, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner each separately defamed and intentionally interfered with Chyna’s contract for Season 2 — so all three daughters face a trial by jury for their illegal conduct against Chyna …,” Chyna’s legal team told Page Six.
