Rob Kardashian has reportedly claimed that his ex Blac Chyna refused to agree to a deal that would have settled her revenge porn case against him.

Blac, for her part, had sued Rob on the grounds that he had leaked images of her online. But as the court documents allege, the Kardashian claims that Chyna had allegedly agreed to drop that claim.
This was on the condition that Rob would get Chyna removed as a defendant from a lawsuit that was filed by a previous friend Pilot Jones, who claimed that both outed him as gay which put his life at risk.
And as the deal was allegedly suggested by Chyna, she is now looking to take things to a trial, despite Rob apparently having agreed to the deal in May of this year.
Melissa Lerner, who happens to be an attorney for Rob, had this to say: “At best, Chyna’s belated repudiation of the parties’ settlement agreement is a strategy to exact monies from Rob at the eleventh hour. At worst, it is a tactic deliberately intended to interfere with Rob’s preparation for trial.”
If these comments are true, then it is clear that Chyna is intent on going to court again. This may not be the wisest possible move since she recently lost her $100 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family after claiming that they had allegedly used their influence to get her show ‘Rob and Chyna’ cancelled.
Not only that, but as Chyna has struggled to raise the legal fees for a potential appeal against that ruling, does she really need to go to court again? And this was the sentiment being expressed on social media. A significant proportion of fans felt Chyna had no one to blame but herself.
One person wrote: “A stripper with an only fans is mad about nudes???? Smells like.” Time will tell if Rob and Chyna can work things out.
