Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have not gotten married, despite speculation to the contrary.
Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Did Not Get Married Despite The Rapper’s ‘D.M.B’ Music Video Suggesting They Had Done
The rumours were not helped by the fact that the pair were seen having a proposal in the rapper’s music video for his latest song ‘D.M.B.’ In the video here, we can see that A$AP is shown with his grill as the words ‘marry me’ are clearly visible.
Not only that, but towards the latter end of the video, people can be seen throwing petals, which is very reminiscent of what happens on a wedding day. And yet, everything has been blown out of proportion.
A source said: “The two aren’t engaged, despite A$AP’s newly-dropped “D.M.B.” video, where they flashed their grills at each other — his says “Marry Me?” while Rihanna’s says “I Do.”
Nevertheless, outside of an alternative explanation to the contrary, this behaviour can only be explained on the following grounds. First of all, there is a serious prospect that they are considering walking down the aisle very soon.
After all, with Rihanna currently being pregnant, she may be reaching a stage where she wants to settle down by taking the relationship to the next level. Secondly, this could equally be seen as an attempt to generate positive press.
Following false rumours that were put out by fashion writer Louis Pisano that the couple had broken up because of A$AP’s infidelity, this may have the impact of damaging the harm that was done in the media.
The fans on social media were not surprised. People felt that the couple’s tendency to do things on a big and grand scale would have been ignored, if they had gotten married in this manner. One person wrote: “Wasn’t that obvious? [that they are not married].”
