Just when you thought things were finally over between these two, it seemed like things have gotten even worse. There’s a new report that says Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are set to go to court again, but this time over the custody of their daughter, Bryn. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Page Six, the former “Real Housewives of New York” star is set to see the inside of a courtroom again as both she and Jason Hoppy will appear before a New York family court judge on December 8th for a hearing involving their 11-year-old daughter, Bryn.
RHONY: Bethenny Frankel Has Yet Another Court Battle With Her Ex Jason Hoppy
The ex-couple was granted joint custody of Bryn back in 2014, but Bethenny went back to court in 2017 to ask for full custody. It is not known if next Monday’s hearing has something to do with that effort.
The drama between Bethenny and Jason has surely been enough to fill all the pages of a book. Back in 2017, Jason was arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing his ex-wife Bethenny Frankel. Jason was arrested at their daughter Bryn’s elementary school in New York City last week.
The unlucky in love couple tied the knot back in March of 2010. Bethenny gave birth to their one and only daughter, Bryn, two months later. For those who have been paying attention this last decade, they know Jason and Bethenny had a very public and nasty custody battle over their daughter Bryn.
What’s more, Jason allegedly refused to move out of their Tribeca apartment after their divorce. Needless to say, Bethenny described the situation with him as one of the most excruciating experiences of her life.
If that weren’t enough, in 2015 it was reported that Jason Hoppy was supposedly drunk dialing
Bethenny because he wanted to work things out between them. At the time, the RHONY star even shared a meme on her Twitter account that said, “When your ex drunk texts you that he misses you and wants you back. #getoffmyjock.”
