Gina Kirschenheiter, who is best known for being on the ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’, has stood by her comments which have alienated some of the housewives.

Gina, for her part, is known for her outspoken nature. But sometimes, this ends up getting her involved in controversy that she would rather avoid.

She has spoken openly about her dislike for Braunwyn Windham-Burke, given that she felt the former star of the show had treated the recently new member of the franchise Noella Bergener in a bad way.

Gina alleged that after it became clear that Braunwyn would not be on the show, she ditched her friendship with Noella. That ultimately left Noella in a bad state, as she was apparently shocked at why this had happened.

And yet, that only ended up bringing Gina and Noella together, as they managed to find a lot of common ground in their anger for Braunwyn. So much so that Gina did not regret comparing Braunwyn to a dog.

In an interview with Us Weekly, she defended her comments towards Braunwyn. She said: “[I don’t regret calling her a] sloppy chihuahua. Not at all.”

Much in the same way, Gina did something else that put off one of the housewives. She ended up trying to arrange a date for someone, but the problem was that it ended up being with Kelly Dodd’s ex.

Naturally, this went against the conventional rule of not dating any partners connected to the housewives, out of respect for other people. And yet, Gina stood by that decision.

She added: “I don’t regret that. You gotta have a girl code! I genuinely meant that.” Nevertheless, Gina did hold her hands up for mocking Emily Simpson‘s husband, Shane Simpson.

The latter’s attempts to pass the bar exam were no secret, but rather than backing him, Gina decided to ridicule his intelligence. And that was something she wished she never did.

She continued: “I feel so bad that I was so mean and I thought it was funny. I felt like it wasn’t funny to make fun of him.”
