‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ spoilers find that star Erika Jayne knows that she’s dealing with some ‘high drama’ in her life right now. The Real Housewife and her husband Tom Girardi are being sued for allegedly embezzling millions of dollars from crash victims.
The case centers around settlement money from the 2018 Lion Air crash. And apparently, Erika only has a few words to say about it. Here’s what you need to know.
The suit claimed that Tom and his law firm Girardi Keese “are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds” and his “need to fund outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife ErikaJayne.”
If that weren’t enough, the suit also claims that Erika and Tom filed for a “sham” marriage just so they could protect their assets.

Even though Erika is making headlines for the lawsuit, she thinks this is a good time to show off high fashion on Twitter. She shared a photo of herself from a fashion shoot and simply captioned it with “high drama.”
Of course, it didn’t take very long for Erika’s critics and detractors to comment on the post, as a lot of them thought the timing was rather insensitive.
Many took to their social media accounts to write, “All I can see is makeup, extensions, fillers and a dress funded by stealing from crash victims. Erika is a f***ing scumbag,” along with, “Erika really is the most smug HW. She has bought everything she’s got, from her terrible hair pieces to her faux-friends, with Tom’s law firm’s income. Remember her earlier seasons when she was actually afraid to offend him?”
Another critic wrote, “I think Tom told her ‘nothing will happened to you,’ I will take the fall for both of us and he will just go to a fancy jail for year or two.. that’s why she’s so cocky about it, like it’s not her problem and Andy wont fire her after this.”
