The star of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ is facing huge turmoil in her life. She is being accused of defrauding funds from victims of a plane crash to finance her companies.
Her ex Tom Girardi has also been implicated in this. But rather than try to resolve things and pay back any potential victims, Erika is enjoying her life by seeing different men.
A source said: “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star started dating again a month ago, and she’s already been on a handful of dates with different men.”
It is not clear whether Erika is looking for someone to settle down with or whether it is just for some short-term fun. Either way, the news does sound strange in light of her circumstances.
First of all, why would someone want to hook up with Erika knowing that she has a huge legal case hanging over her? Naturally, that is going to bring some extra stress to any potential suitor.
Secondly, if Erika is found to be guilty, then it would show that she could not be trusted. And yet, there are plenty of men who are queuing up for Erika.
Another source revealed: “Erika is seeing if there’s a spark with a mix of men … some of her dates work in show biz and some work in other fields.”
Erika’s motives have to be questioned, as it raises concerns over whether she is trying to find someone simply to escape the troubles in her life.
After all, just recently, she expressed how sad she was at not being involved in Tom’s care plan, which resulted in him apparently being put in a care facility.
Clearly, she has moved on from him rather quickly despite being married for around two decades. It is still early days in Erika’s dating life, but one thing for sure is that it will not remove the troubles that she is going through.
