Amelia Gray Hamlin has made the internet go wild after she claimed that Scott Disick was her ‘dream man.’ This would be a turn-up, given that they have only been together for a period of four months.

In a post to her fans on Instagram, she posted a picture of herself and Scott at what looked to be either a bar or a restaurant. It was captioned simply: “My dream man.” It is important to note, however, that there is a significant age gap between the two. After all, Scott is 37, whereas Amelia is 19. This has not stopped the two from falling for each other, and it does not look like it will slow down.
And yet, Amelia has previously criticised her sister, Delilah Belle Hamlin, for dating older men. In a previous episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Amelia scoffed at her sister’s use of a dating app in which she was targeting older men. Amelia had said: “Maybe it’s because you’re 18 talking about getting 35-year-old men. It’s just a thought,” to which Delilah had replied: “That’s way too old.”
Nevertheless, Amelia has received her own fair share of criticism in response to the significant age gap. But she has continued to stand firm in the face of criticism by becoming even closer to Scott. This would show the progression from her earlier comments to her sister, which naturally come with age.
During an Instagram story with her fans, she hit back at her critics and instead chose to focus on being herself. She said: “People can embrace themselves; however, they feel fit for them at that moment in time. People grow. People learn to love themselves more and more.”
The words seem to be ringing true, as sources confirmed that Kourtney Kardashian and her family are very supportive of their relationship. An insider said: “They really like the two of them together and think Amelia is a great influence on Scott. Scott and Amelia are in a really good place. They have a lot of love and respect for each other, and it shows.”
