Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) Spoilers: Disgraced Star Jen Shah Hands Herself Into Prison-‘Ripping Off Others Is Despicable, Enjoy 6 ½ Years’
In 2022, Shah admitted guilt for deceiving thousands of people, mostly seniors, out of their money by way of a telemarketing fraud. While that may have been the case, she did deny the claims from the outset before changing her mind.
As such, according to reports, Jen is in the process of serving her sentence at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, which is a low-security environment specifically for female offenders.
Shah is said to be assigned a bed that she will have to share with another prisoner, and she will be able to buy certain things such as hygiene products, soup products, and luxurious snacks from the prison store.
Priya Chaudhry, who happens to be Jen’s attorney, had this to say: “Jen Shah’s resolve to make her victims whole and to turn her life around is unyielding. She is committed to serving her sentence with courage and purpose, fueled by her desire to make amends.”
Prior to her surrender, Shah chose to undergo a change by getting a tattoo. The star had tattoos of her husband and kids inked on her right arm. However, that did not prevent the social media response being derogatory towards her. This was on the grounds that she had brought this on herself.
One person wrote: “Ripping off others is despicable. I hope she enjoyed her last feast with her buddies before being hauled off to prison,” while another person stated: “Mistakes? No, not mistakes just criminal actions. Enjoy 6 ½ years in stir.”
Jen is going to have a tough time, which is why she will need the support of all those around her to make sure she stays in a good place. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
