During an appearance on Daily Blast Live, the blonde beauty pointed out that the producers of RHOC seem to be showing her ‘off’ side more than anything. Shannon insists that she’s not the kind of person who is crying in the corner all the time.

“I’ll film one-hour being [a] normal, even-keel person and then I go, ‘What?!’ And that’s the one thing they’re going to show and then there’s wacky Shannon who’s crying and whining all the time,” she noted.
In the same interview, Shannon also opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend John Janssen and how things were quite challenging for them this year and especially during the Covid-19 quarantine. She says that fans will be seeing both the good and the bad during this season.
“John and I definitely experienced a lot of bumps. When you come from such a tumultuous marriage as I did and then… to finally be with someone who’s so supportive of you and the exact opposite of everything that you had, I literally thought I was Julia Roberts and this is my fairytale. But that’s not life and that wasn’t realistic for me to think that way,” she admitted.
“COVID, it was devastating to me because I thought, ‘We’re not going to argue ever. We’re never going to have any issues.’ And we did,” she added. “And you know what? I’m sure Gina and Travis Mullen] had issues. [But] I was the one brave enough to talk about it.”
