Luann de Lesseps has opened up, in the aftermath of her apology, after being kicked out of a gay bar for being drunk.

The star of “Real Housewives of New York City” has struggled with sobriety issues throughout her life. And this all came to a head when she was visibly drunk, as she sang songs at the gay bar in Townhouse, New York City.
During the course of the incident, she had allegedly decided to take control of the microphone and began swearing at the crowd. Not only that, but she was also apparently outraged at the band who did not know her hit song ‘ Money Can’t Buy You Class.’
But after having a period of reflection, Luann recognised that she did have a drinking problem which she needed to address. That is why an apology was important, as it demonstrated that she was willing to work on herself.
In an interview on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” she said: “I had a pretty good track record, but people slip. And like I said, I’m only human, and it happened. That’s part of being responsible and moving on, picking yourself back up and doing the right thing.”
It is not clear exactly what led her to having this relapse, but she did admit that she is only human. While that may be the case, there is no denying that Luann does need a support network to make sure that she does not do something similar again.
This is particularly true since she does have a lot to lose, given that she is one of the OG members of the housewife franchise. And yet, she seemed to laugh at any suggestions that she was in a bad place.
In the picture here, we can see that she is sitting on the sofa with a glass of alcohol-free wine in her hand. She has a huge smile on her face and can even be seen laughing at the thought of drinking this. Time will tell whether this is just a minor slip up. So there you have it folks.
