‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ star Teresa Giudice had to know drama would be brewing shortly after she announced she was engaged to boyfriend of one year, Luis Ruelas back in October 2021.
It’s really no surprise that as soon as Teresa began discussing wedding party- feelings were hurt, especially those of sister in law and her castmate, Melissa Gorga.
Sources tell InTouch Magazine that Melissa “feels snubbed” after learning she did not make the cut to be one of Teresa’s eight, yes eight, bridesmaids.

Teresa recently sat down with Andy Cohen for Watch What Happens Live. Talk quickly turned to wedding planning and that is when Teresa revealed that none of her castmates would be in the wedding party. She grew defensive when Andy probed further, reiterating that this meant not even relative (by marriage) Melissa.
“Don’t make a big deal,” Teresa beseeched the Bravo King. “I mean, come on.”
However, Andy being Andy wasn’t going to leave anything alone. “Will this be news to her, hearing this now?” the host with the most asked.
“I guess so, I mean hello! We’re on national TV,” Teresa laughed.
Though she is allegedly hurt by being excluded, it can’t come as such a huge shock to Melissa. The most recent season 11 of the reality show is showing how Teresa’s friendship with costar Jennifer Aydin has driven a wedge between the sisters-in-law. Jennifer has called Melissa’s family “crooks.”
The insider speaking with InTouch explained, “Choosing her bridesmaids was a real issue because Teresa has so many friends and she can’t ask everyone.”
They confirmed that Teresa’s four daughters, Gia, Milania, Audriana and Gabriella will be walking down the aisle before their mother (taking half of the open spots) when she weds this summer. Andy Cohen has officially been invited to the soiree, and its likely the housewives of NJ will all be in attendance (and cameras and crew?)
