Despite the fact that Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga from the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ are embroiled in a long-standing quarrel with Teresa Giudice, their daughter Antonia is not letting the conflict have any impact on her.
Real Housewives of New Jersey: Melissa Gorga’s Daughter Antonia ‘Unfazed’ By The Family Feud With The Giudice Family
Tensions between the Bravo personalities have been intense since Melissa and Joe declined to skip Teresa and Luis Ruelas‘ nuptials in August. While that may have been the case, Antonia has been distancing herself from any controversy to make sure that she is ok.
In her comments, her mother Melissa said the following: “It’s so crazy that she is such a drama-free — like, she almost giggles at drama, like laughs at me. She’ll laugh at me and she’ll be like, ‘Oh Mom, please.’
“Like, she’s unfazed by the fact that even her cousins unfollowed her parents on Instagram. She just is like, ‘You know what, Mom? Not your problem, theirs.”
Although the celebrity did not explicitly name which relatives she was alluding to, it is assumed she was talking about Teresa’s four children – Gia, 21 years old, Gabriella, 18, Milania, 16 and Audriana, 13 – whom she had with her former spouse Joe Giudice.
Melissa discussed in her newest podcast that in comparison to some of the Jersey housewives and their partners, her daughter Antonia has a tendency to take a more placid stance when faced with contentious matters.
Melissa’s following comments confirmed as much: “I think she’s also watched certain situations and things that I’ve been through too, and how I handle them and the calmness in the room instead of the chaotic-ness.”
Ultimately, the feud is only going to make things worse with the next generation. But if Antonia is not letting it affect her, then that can only be a good thing moving forward. And that is the most important thing to remember.
