Teddi Mellencamp, who is best known for appearing on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has given her take on the feud that has emerged in response to Erika Jayne’s legal troubles.

Erika, for her part, has been going through a lot of late. Her divorce from Tom Girardi has led to major legal woes with concerns that she was aware of his fraudulent activities.
The pair were accused of defrauding money from victims of a plane crash that were then used to finance Erika’s companies. While Erika denied doing anything of the sort, not all of the housewives were convinced.
In response, Sutton Stracke did not believe anything that Erika had to say. During an episode of the show, she stated: “I don’t trust that 100 percent of what you’ve told us is the truth. … How can I believe every single thing?”
Clearly, Erika was left feeling hurt by the comments. And now Teddi has decided to come out and say exactly what she thinks. Regardless of whether you believe that Erika was guilty, Teddi questioned the manner in which certain housemates went about their behaviour.
After all, it looked as though they could have been just trying to provoke a reaction from Erika. In an interview on the ‘Getting Real with the Housewives’ podcast, Teddi said: “I do think it’s a little bit hypocritical to never ask somebody questions about their personal life to then all of a sudden want all of the questions answered.
That is why Teddi has praised Erika for the manner in which she has dealt with the interactions. This is make or break for Erika. If the trial concludes that she is guilty, then her time on the show will be over.
And with that in mind, Erika should be commended for staying strong in the face of such adversity. She added: “I can’t imagine how challenging this has been for her. I’m proud that she’s been able to be so open. I think Erika’s excellent at being a really good friend to other people, and I think it’s hard for her to let people in.”
