Jennifer, for her part, is known for being a massive fan of reality television. And as part of that process, she gave her honest opinion on the franchise while she was promoting her drama, ‘Causeway’ at Toronto International Film Festival.
And the talk soon turned to reality TV, as Jennifer admitted that she watches a lot of the different seasons. With that being said, she had a lot to say about the Beverly Hills one, in particular about Erika.
In her comments, Jennifer said: “My biggest problem with this season [is] that it’s just been boring. And I think that Erika is evil. I would go as far as to say she needs a publicist ASAP.”
It is fair to say that Erika does not have the best reputation. This has not been helped by the fact that she was involved in an embezzlement scandal with her ex Tom Girardi. Not only that, but there have been concerns over her drinking which played out on the show.
And just to make it worse, she just so happened to swear at Garcelle Beauvais’ 14-year-old son, Jax, at his mother’s birthday party by stating the following: “Get the f–k out.”
The response on social media towards Jennifer’s comment was mixed. A certain subset of people were in agreement with Jennifer in light of Erika’s prior track record. Meanwhile, others felt that Jennifer’s comments were very harsh as she was hardly coming across very well herself.
One person wrote: “I mean come on….harsh words coming from a semi – talented actress. #ErikaIsNotEvil,” while another person stated: “Agree #evil and time to pay for the money she and Thomas Girardi stole from victims so she could have this life.”
