Dorit Kemsley revisited the moment that she had her life threatened, amid a burglary, on the premiere of the 12th season of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Dorit, for her part, had suffered a break-in last October while her husband PK Kemsley was away and out of the country. As a result, when the attack happened, she was left alone in the house with her children.
Naturally, that left her with a lot of trauma knowing that she had no one to turn to. So much so that she admitted to having begged for her life, as her possessions were being stolen.
In the episode, Dorit said: “I get out of my bed and that’s when I saw not a little person but a big person. When he saw me, he panicked. And he charged at me, grabbed me, put me down [and said], ‘Get down on the f—ing ground. I’m going to f—ing kill you.'”
While nobody was physically injured, it is clear that the burglary did have an impact on her mental health. Fellow housewife Kyle Richards had spoken previously on how Dorit began to suffer from post-traumatic-stress disorder.
Although there has been some time that has passed since the incident happened, Dorit admitted that she is still trying to come to terms with it, so that she can put it to bed once and for all. She added: “I have to figure out a way to move on.”
The reaction from the fans on social media towards Dorit’s predicaments were mixed. They hoped that the star was able to come back stronger, but felt that she was hyping this up for the cameras. One person wrote: “It’s a horrific thing to happen but think it’s gonna be milked for sympathy for a while.”
