Dorit Kemsley has confirmed how she plans on spending the rest of her life with PK Kemsley.
‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’: Dorit Kemsley Wants To Stay Married To PK Kemsley Forever
The couple got married in 2015, and through it all, they went through some testing times. But now that they have come out of the other side, Dorit is happy to stay with PK. In an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “The one thing I will never do again is get married. I might wear the wedding gown, you know, somewhere in my own closet, but I’d like to stay married to PK for the rest of my life.”
And speaking of wearing a potential wedding dress, Dorit addressed the rumours that she may be about to renew her wedding vows. This arose given that Dorit is in charge of a bridal company. And as she comes across wedding dresses on a daily basis, there is an argument that she may do it. But due to the various marriages that have failed on the show, Dorit has decided to not televise her vows, let alone do them.
She added: “Clearly, now that I’m doing wedding dresses, it makes sense. And it’d be fun just to have, like, a big party.. [But] there’s that school of thought that, you know, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” Things were not so easy at one point, though. Dorit faced some serious financial problems as her ex-lover Ryan Horne demanded that she pay him his due.
Although Dorit managed to settle and pay off the debt, the emotional toll of it put a strain on her marriage with PK initially. However, they became much more of a unit. She continued: “When you can come out of any kind of a conflict, or you go through things together, it inevitably makes you stronger if you survive it because you know how to go through it together. I was always, and I always will be, on my husband’s side and vice versa. So for us, it was just a matter of time.”
