Sources claim that former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Denise Richards has held her hands up, following criticism she had received for not wearing a mask during a flight.

Denise, for her part, initially justified her decision on the grounds that she had been wearing a winter coat. And given that the coat was longer and thicker than what a mask would have otherwise been, the star felt that there was nothing wrong with her doing that.
At the time of the incident, she remarked: “Anyone that is upset that I [am] not wearing a mask I’m hiding under a hoody amd [sic] a huge winter coat. Please. Thicker than any mask!!!!!!”
Naturally, those comments did not go down well on social media in light of the fact that the Omicron variant has led to an increasing number of cases.
In addition, even if Denise is not a fan of wearing masks, some people felt that she should have not posted about this on social media or worn it in any event for the consideration of others.
But now it looks as though she has had a change of heart and clarified her position. A source said: “[Denise] realized it wasn’t the right thing to do to post the picture.
“She believes in masks, and she really does follow the rules. [She] wore her mask the entire time except when she was taking sips of water.” If these comments are taken to be true, then it puts an end to the rumours that Denise was an ‘anti-masker.’
Although it should be stressed that some people view mask wearing as a personal choice, Denise simply wanted to let everyone know that she was not against them.
The source added: “[She is] not one of those people who is anti-masks. She’s ready to admit she was an idiot to post the photo!”
Hopefully, Denise is able to put this incident behind her and focus on doing what she does best: that is continuing to entertain her fans which is why she was such a hit on the housewives franchise.
