Camille Grammer has revealed that Kyle Richards first blew the whistle about Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s financial/legal woes as early as 2019.

The pair are currently facing a lawsuit after claims emerged that they had been embezzling funds from victims of a plane crash. This money was then subsequently used in order to finance Erika’s companies.
While there were concerns in the background over the extremely lavish lifestyle they were living, no one pointed it out as much as Kyle. In a post to her fans on Twitter, Camille said: “To set the record straight.
“It was Kyle who told me Tom was in trouble during @Andy’s baby shower. I was surprised that Kyle was acting chummy chummy with Erika. Erika even when on to call Kyle the Queen of #RHOBH Crazy rt?!?!”
This is not the first person to claim that Erika and Tom’s problems were well-known. Bethenny Frankel previously stated that she heard first-hand that they were struggling financially and were in debt to numerous people.
And yet, Erika continued to show a lifestyle that was anything but that. Regardless of whether people knew what the pair were doing, Tom’s health has taken a turn for the worse, which makes it extremely difficult to deny those accusations.
Tom, for his part, has been placed in a special facility to look after those who have been suffering from dementia. And given that Erika’s mother had been through the same ordeal, she was left far from impressed by the decision that was made by Tom’s close family.
And this ultimately makes it harder for Erika. In a prior statement, she remarked: “My grandmother was put into a home, she had very bad dementia, died of Alzheimer’s.
“I don’t think that he needs to be in a home-like I saw my grandmother in. I know what they do to you in there.” The court ruling will reveal all on how much Erika knew about everything, but in the meantime, she will continue to face mass scrutiny. Until that decision, the only thing we can do is wait.
