Randall Emmett’s ex-wife Ambyr Childers has alleged that his attorney, Ben Valencia, had threatened her life via email.

According to reports, Randall had mistakenly forwarded the email to Ambyr. Thereafter, it is claimed that she decided to file for an emergency domestic violence restraining order. In that said order, she highlighted how the email had left her with a “legitimate fear for [her] safety and well-being.”
This was very significant since the duo do share two children and have joint custody for them. She had initially been communicating with Randall after being informed by their elder daughter’s school that their daughter continued to be late while with Randall.
That apparently did not go down very well, as Randall forwarded an email from his attorney which stated the following: “When will you get some real money together so we can take this c–t out once and for all. This is not good for your girls.”
In response, Randall apparently replied that he did not have the means to carry this out anyway. Things were also not helped by virtue of the fact that the restraining order was denied. With that being said, Emmett was delighted to have the order refused.
In an official statement given on behalf of Randall, his representative said the following: “Randall is very pleased that the court recognised there was no merit to these claims and denied the request.”
Despite this being the case, there is no denying that Randall has been involved in controversy. His ex-fiancé Lala Kent also alleged that he had pushed her to the floor when she confronted him over his alleged infidelity.
In addition, Emmett has also faced accusations that he was offering movie roles in return for sexual favours. And all of this has significantly damaged his reputation at a time where his personal life is clearly in turmoil. So the question remains: how will it all end?
