The Duchess of Sussex’s former friend has expressed that Prince Harry’s confessional anecdotes in his new book will have a more damaging effect on Meghan Markle than it will on him.
Prince Harry’s Revelations In Spare Will Harm Meghan More Than Him-Says Nick Ede
That is according to Nick Ede. He states that he had a close relationship with Meghan prior to her meeting Harry, and that he requested her to act as the host of the London Global Gift Gala which was held at ME Hotel on Tuesday, 19th November 2013.
He is of the opinion that the jocular comments from esteemed Hollywood figures like James Cordon and Trevor Noah in reaction to the book have a negative influence on the couple and strongly affect Meghan.
The prince divulged that he had his first sexual experience in the back of a pub field. He went on to explain that he suffered from frostbite on his genitalia and tried to treat it with a facial cream his mother used.
Following the revelations, South Park, a popular animated show that usually satirizes celebrities, even made an episode about Harry and Meghan. With that being said, Meghan will have to accept the consequences that have emerged.
In his comments, he said: “So they’re doing something right, but do I think it undermines them? I think definitely has, and I think that will have a massive effect on Meghan more than it will on Harry.”
The response on social media, though, was equally damning. A certain subset of people were of the view that Meghan equally had revelations that could be damaging to her, which may explain why her blog, The Tig, had been removed. One person wrote: “She has way more skeletons than him.”
It is fair to say that the memoir has left the public feeling divided, with it doing potentially more harm than good. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
