It was asserted today that Prince Harry has been omitted from King Charles III’s Coronation plans, as royal insiders reported that Prince William is enraged following the unexpected disclosures in the Duke of Sussex’s memoir Spare.
Prince Harry Removed From King Charles III’s Coronation Plans Following Explosive Memoir
In his recently published memoir, Harry accused his brother, the Prince of Wales, of being a formidable adversary and charged his father, King Charles III, with anxiety concerning the prospect of being overshadowed by Meghan’s fame in the entertainment industry.
The Royal Family has declined to make any comments in response to the Duke’s statements, however, an anonymous source revealed to the Sunday Times that Harry was excluded from taking part in the ceremony for King Charles’ upcoming Coronation.
A source confirmed the following: “Prince Harry has been written out of the script for the Coronation, with no official role in the service if he attends. Breaking with tradition, Charles will scrap royal dukes kneeling and paying homage to the monarch.
“Only William will perform that role. As things stand, there is no role for Harry in the service,’ a royal source reportedly declared.” Nevertheless, that may not do as much damage due to the following.
The Coronation falls on the same day as Archie’s fourth day which is set to occur on Saturday, 6th May 2023. Therefore, it was unlikely for Harry to miss his son’s birthday for the sake of attending the Coronation. The response on social media was very clear.
Large numbers of people were of the view that the monarch had no choice but to act in this way. One person wrote: “This is the right thing to do and the best way for the RF to respond. Harry has made his bed.
“Not a best long term strategy from him and Meghan considering William will be King in a few years time.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
