British Royal Family News suggests that if there’s one thing that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have learned about the tabloid media in the UK, they really can’t win, no matter what they say or what they do for that matter. This time around the British press is slamming the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for not doing enough to help the Covid-19 pandemic and crisis back home. In fact, one royal expert even went as far as to say that Harry and Meghan have become irrelevant and that they missed a good opportunity to rehabilitate their image. Instead, they are now being branded as the ‘biggest’ losers. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have spent the last several months settling in with their new lives in Los Angeles. They’ve been quietly working on their projects and of course, checking in with several of their patronages and charities with Zoom calls just like their counterparts Prince William and Kate Middleton have been doing back in the UK. But that doesn’t seem to be enough for some royal critics. According to the Daily Mail, royal author Phil Dampier, says that Harry and Meghan have missed their opportunity of seeing their public image boosted when they chose to move to L.A. – and in the middle of a global pandemic, no less.

Phil, the writer of ‘Prince Philip: Wise Words and Golden Gaffes,’ put it this way, “They are the big losers in this because they now look somewhat isolated and somewhat irrelevant in this country. They still might have a massive role to play internationally or in America but I think people just shrug their shoulders in the UK. just not really interested whereas all the other royals have gone up in popularity and have also played their roles very well.”
