British Royal Family News show that Prince Charles has reportedly been outraged at his son, Prince Harry, following his and Meghan Markle’s tell-all interview that was recently aired on CBS.
British Royal Family News: Prince Charles Not Happy With Prince Harry And Maghan Markle’s Interview
A source told Us Weekly that the Prince did not agree with the manner in which the information had come to light: “Charles does not agree with Harry trashing his whole family in public. Charles thinks these matters could have easily been addressed in private. [Charles and Prince William] feel that this is the first of many interviews coming in the future that will bash the crown and the Royals way of life.”
And yet, for all of Charle’s dismay, he has had enough time to make amends. After all, Meghan and Harry had been overseas for the best part of a year following their decision to renounce their Royal duties. Although the pandemic may have put a dent in an actual physical meeting, there was still plenty more that could have been done if Harry’s comments had anything to go by.
He told CBS: “I feel really let down because [Charles has] been through something similar. He knows what pain feels like, and [my son] Archie’s his grandson. I will always love him, but there’s a lot of hurt that’s happened. And I will continue to make it one of my priorities to try and heal that relationship.”
Since then, the Royals have vowed to deal with the matter, which has given Charles an opportunity to put his wrongs right. He is fully aware of the consequences that could emerge due to the tragic death of his first wife, Princess Diana. The Royal Family’s response gives hope of some resolution occurring.
An official Royal statement said at the time: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollection may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
