According to reports, two American broadcasters have offered Prince Andrew the opportunity to participate in a new and revealing interview.
Prince Andrew Reportedly Considering New Tell-All Interview-‘Nothing Is Off The Table’
After more than three years since his interview with Emily Maitlis on BBC’s Newsnight where he discussed his connections with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the Duke of York, who has suffered a loss of reputation, is reportedly contemplating sharing his perspective to possibly regain some credibility.
The accusation of sexual assault against Virginia Guiffre had been made against the Duke. This accusation was made in connection with Epstein’s victims. The duke has always denied the charges with great force and conviction. And yet, Andrew was deprived of his military honors and requested to resign as a working member of the Royal Family.
According to a source close to the Duke, as reported by the Daily Mirror, Andrew believes that there is not much left to lose and is willing to grant a new interview. A source confirmed the following: “Nothing is off the table. Andrew has been made to give up his job and now potentially his home.”
This arrives on the back end of claims that King Charles III had suggested Andrew to relocate from the Royal Lodge to Frogmore Cottage, which was previously occupied by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. However, Andrew was reportedly opposing this move.
Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have been living in the Windsor Park property since 2004. Reports suggest that the Duke of York may face a reduction in his yearly allowance of £249,000 starting from April. The Duke has allegedly informed his acquaintances that he will be unable to afford the expenses of maintaining the Royal Lodge if his allowance is reduced.
With that being said, it seems that Andrew has a lot to get off his chest. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. If you liked reading this article, then check out our other features on the Daily Soap Dish.
