Prince Andrew’s chances of being introduced back into the public with the firm are over.
Prince Andrew Is No Longer Relevant-‘He Has No Royal Future,’ Says Royal Expert Richard Fitzwilliams
That is according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams. Andrew, for his part, had been accused of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre. And as part of that process, an infamous photograph emerged showing him with Virginia and Ghislaine Maxwell.
As such, Andrew agreed to settle outside of court in order to avoid a trial. While that may have been the case, he has denied doing anything of the sort. Since then, reports have suggested that he could challenge the out-of-court settlement.
Meanwhile, it is also alleged that Andrew could come up with his own memoir. But these attempts to curry favour with the public will not work. In his comments, Richard said: “At 62, he has no royal future and his popularity is down to single digits.
“Ghislaine Maxwell won’t help him by supportive statements from prison. The much publicised recent stunt featuring two figures in a bath, which was supposedly designed to help his reputation, was simply farcical.”
And yet, Maxwell, who is in jail after being found guilty of sex trafficking for the late Jeffrey Epstein, did try to aid Andrew somewhat. She came on record to state that she is convinced that the photo Giuffre had provided was fake.
This is despite the fact that experts have reason to believe that the image is authentic. In her comments at the time, Maxwell remarked: “It’s a fake … there’s never been an original and further there is no photograph. I’ve only ever seen a photocopy of it.”
And yet, a recent poll carried out showed that only 7 percent of people saw Andrew in a positive light. Meanwhile, a staggering 67 percent of people saw the opposite. And that just goes on to show how unpopular he is at the moment.
