President Joe Biden has resorted to cussing in anger due to the on-going discussion about his age – as Democrats keep on pondering if he can stand for re-election in 2024.
President Joe Biden Reportedly Cussed Those Questioning His Age-‘You Think I Don’t Know How F**king Old I Am?’
The 80 old-year-old has become the oldest person to hold the presidential office, overtaking Ronald Reagan in the process. And if he were to overcome the odds by getting re-elected, he would begin his second-term at the staggering age of 82.
This is unlikely to happen, though, as there have been huge worries over his cognitive functions. The current commander-in-chief has been involved in numerous public gaffes, including mistakenly calling out a Congresswoman who was already dead, as well awkwardly shaking Emmanuel Macron’s hand for an elongated period.
But for all the criticism that may be coming his way, Biden remained defiant in the face of his critics. According to Politico, Biden told one of his aides the following: “You think I don’t know how f**king old I am?”
With that being said, Biden will have to confirm whether he is intending to make another run. His adversary Donald Trump has made it clear that he wants to do another campaign in 2024.
In addition, Kanye West has controversially hinted at the idea that he is also looking to make a run for the Oval Office. And with so many potentially divisive characters in the mix, Biden will have his work cut out.
The social media response was one of ridicule. A significant proportion of people began to troll the current president and made insulting comments at the fact that Biden’s age was clearly telling.
One person wrote: “He may be 80 but he’s as spry and clear headed as a 70 year old,” while another person stated: “If he could speak a full sentence that makes sense or walk instead of shuffling maybe people wouldn’t fixate on it. I’m more fixated on his 50 years of corruption.”
