Pete Davidson crashes again and is not exactly known for his superior driving skills. The Saturday Night Live alum crashed the side of his car after leaving his stand-up comedy show in Los Angeles.
Davidson had entered an 18-month diversion program due to a reckless driving charge, and now this. He was leaving an after-party he hosted at the comedy club around 10:00 p.m. Saturday. He was seen driving a black SUV and “swiping the side of his vehicle against a wall.”
Pete Davidson Crashes Again: Pete Davidson Panicked When He Saw Damage to His Car
Sources indicate that Pete was visibly panicking when he got out of his car to see the damage he inflicted on his vehicle.
He was wearing a green hoodie and holding some sort of cigarette in his hand. There were four other people in the vehicle with him. None of the passengers included his new girlfriend, Madelyn Cline. Cline was seen at Davidson’s show in Las Vegas last week.
In June, he was obliged to serve 50 hours of community service due to a reckless driving charge. His car had large scrapes on the side.
When Davidson was being photographed, he did his best to shield his eyes from the flash of the cameras. This crash is, of course, not the first Saturday Pete wound up smashing his car.
Pete Davidson Drove Through a House in March
Back in March, when Pete was dating Chase Sui Wonders, he was seen driving at lightning speed and smashing into the side of a house in Beverly Hills.
He had lost control of his automobile and slammed into the side of a house. However, the car first jumped onto the pavement and struck a hydrant on the way in.
The car struck the property, which resulted in some property damage. The vehicle hit outside the living room, partially knocking out a wall, and broke through a window. A teenage girl was inside her family’s home, casually reading a book at the time of the accident.
The sound blasted through the house, and the girl initially believed it was an earthquake. She was obviously shaken up and traumatized by the incident. Thankfully, no one inside or outside the home was hurt, and the police were notified immediately.
The report states that drugs and alcohol were not involved, but an investigation is pending. No arrests were made, and no citations were issued.
In June, the LA County DA’s Office recorded one misdemeanor count of careless operation of a motor vehicle against Davidson.
At the time, the DA responded,
“We believe that Mr. Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in his involvement in a serious collision into a home. Luckily, no one was injured due to this collision.”
The prosecutors and the DA exemplified the high-profile driver and accident. They made the following statement,
“In 2022, traffic fatalities in Los Angeles have reached the highest levels in 20 years. This trend is alarming, and we cannot ignore this trend. As a result, we must take all allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold those responsible accountable.”
Hopefully, Davidson will take a safe driving course after this incident, or at the very least, maybe he will stop driving so erratically when behind the wheel.
