Recent reports indicated that the pair were not getting on ever since Nicola had married Victoria’s son Brooklyn Beckham in April. This was on the grounds of an apparent feud over the planning of the wedding, in which it seemed that Nicola was looking to get herself away from Victoria and take charge of proceedings.
As a result, this led to a situation where they were no longer on speaking terms. A source at the time confirmed the following: “They can’t stand each other and don’t talk. The build-up to the wedding was horrendous…Communication was minimal.”
And things have now not been helped by Nicola’s following post. In the picture here, we can see that the model is in tears. She looks in a bad state, as she cries while sitting in her bed.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Sometimes I find it hard to show the sad bits of me. Growing up with seven siblings and two very strong parents, made me really tough, they hammered it into me to not let people bring me down or hurt my heart.
“We all have days where people make you feel bad and it’s okay to be hurt by it.” It was not exactly clear who Nicola was referring to, but outside of any evidence to the contrary, it could have been due to the following.
First of all, there is a high possibility that this was being directed at Victoria. And it would make sense in light of the previous reports, coupled with the fact that the person she was referring to was not named. After all, the last thing that Nicola would want to do is call out Victoria on social media.
Secondly, there could also be the possibility that she was referring to someone else altogether. It is unlikely to be Brooklyn, as their relationship appears strong. Nonetheless, it has to be someone close to her.
