Nick Cannon has responded to whether or not he will have more children.
Nick Cannon Responds To Whether He Will Have More Kids-‘When I’m 85, You Never Know, I Might’
The star currently has 12 children to six different baby mamas. This led to question marks over whether or not he will stop having children since he did admit that he struggled to spend enough time with them due to his hectic work schedule.
Not only that, but following the death of his son, Zen, due to brain cancer, he admitted that he became addicted to the vagina. With that being said, he stated that it is ultimately up to God on how many children he will have.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he said: “God decides when we’re done, but I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might [have more].”
This is ultimately something that Cannon has to consider carefully. Cannon is obligated to treat all of his kids with equal consideration, including taking care of his financial responsibilities to them, asserting he has paid close to $3 million annually in child support. Nick, however, wanted to make it manifest that he had provided more than this part to that total.
And if he were to have more children, then it would require more money. The social media response was very clear. A certain subset of people were of the view that Cannon should only have children if he wanted them, rather than just having sex.
One person wrote: “I don’t think God promotes sex outside of marriage,” while another person stated: “Invoking God in his careless entertainment is shameful. He’s creating an opportunity for incest by his many kids unless they wear a sign acknowledging as related to each other.”
