Netflix’s ‘Riding with Sugar’ follows the life of a young refugee as he tries to build toward a new future and make himself a better person in the process. His hopes and dreams are set on BMX racing, but as a refugee, he has plenty of other things getting in his way.

Viewers commented on the new trailer, saying, “Even being such a successful cricketer we need to appreciate his acting skills KAGISO RABADA”, “Definitely will be checking this out”, “”Tell me where in the world it is safe for a young black refugee”….That line. Damn”, and “Netflix, you had my curiosity, but now you have my attention.”.
The trailer looks like it may be a bit of a tough movie to watch through, but one that will be worth it at the end. The film comes out this month and we will be able to watch Joshua’s story as he fights for his dream and his own survival.
