Netflix’s ‘Cadaver’ is a new horror film coming to the streaming service next month, just in time for Halloween. The film follows a starving family after a nuclear disaster where the enticement of a hot meal lures them into a hotel by the suspicious hotel owner.
He describes the weird happenings in the hotel all part of a play and that they shouldn’t worry about anything. They’re given blank face masks to wear as a way to distinguish them from the actors in the play. Though something isn’t quite right here, and it looks like they’ll get more than they bargained for after that meal.
Take a look at the trailer below that was uploaded with the following description,
“In the aftermath of a nuclear disaster, a starving family find hope in a charismatic hotel owner. Lured by the prospect of a free dinner, they discover that the evening’s entertainment blurs the lines between performance and reality. Will they wind up the spectators or the spectacle?”

A lot of viewers have given this film their attention and have commented, “eyes wide shut meets the purge”, “Didn’t expect this to be in Norwegian! Actually looks pretty dope too”, “Damn!!! October is jam-packed with some really interesting films.”, and “when the shining meets Netflix”.
It does seem to draw some inspiration from the before mentioned films and looks like it will create something truly unique and sinister!
Netflix’s ‘Cadaver’ will premiere next month, on October 22.
