It’s hard to believe it has been almost a year since Netflix’s juggernaut Tiger King graced our screens, easing the world into a home quarantine we naively thought would end within a month.
Someone else who is confident he will be released from his cell- this time a literal one? Joe Exotic himself.
It has been widely reported that Joe Exotic has asked for a pardon from Donald Trump before he leaves office on January 20. Now sources say Exotic’s team is so confident he will be granted the pardon that they have a limousine AND a beauty team on stand-by. Does anyone expect anything less from the flamboyant Netflix star?

57-year old (and that’s a hard 57) Exotic, aka Joseph Allen Schreibvogel is currently serving 22 years in prison. This time to be served is from a culmination of 17 federal charges of animal abuse and two counts of attempted murder for hire. Exotic famously had a feud with Big Cat “rescuer” Carole Baskin and was captured on camera putting out a hit on her.
Exotic, known for his showmanship crave for attention must have stewed in his cowboy boots and orange jumpsuit when Baskin continued to gain popularity and fame telling her side of the Tiger King documentary and a short lived stint on Dancing With The Stars.
Now Exotic must be chomping at the bit to gain another 5 seconds of fame. And some fans are keeping their fingers crossed for his early release, too.
If he doesn’t pardon Joe Exotic I say impeach him a third time.

However, PETA were very quick to remind folks that it’s not only the just the hit on ‘That bitch Carole Baskin’s’ head that landed Joe in the clink.

Either way, there is not much time to wait- Trumps pardons will be doled out soon enough. Exotic and his team better hope there are enough to go around after Trump has finished pardoning his own family!
