NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for April 6th, 2020 indicate that Xander Cook (Paul Telful) will wake up after a horrible nightmare. Right now, he and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) are to be married soon, but can they really get married with the secret of little baby Mickey Horton’s real identity looming large? Thankfully, for right now for Xander, everything is just a dream and he’ll comfort himself with that knowledge and try to remain positive about things. Yeah, whatever keeps you warm at night, buddy.

He’ll be moving forward with the wedding plans, making sure that everything is perfect for his bridge for the big day but he’ll have to work fast. Little does he know that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) Is busy as a bee across town blabbering about the baby swap secret. Nicole just got home to find Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) in a tizzy and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) reluctant to rat out Nicole. Of course that doesn’t mean that Eric doesn’t have his ways, thanks to Dad Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) he was able to buy a plane ticket to New York in order to get to the bottom of things by himself, but Nicole coming home means that he may not have to after all.

After a lot of cajoling, Eric manages to get the truth out of Nicole which will be a lot different than what he actually expected. Eric thought Nicole had some hideous terminal disease and that she was possibly dying, but as it turns out nah, she’s good, just a baby swap! Oh, but it’s allegedly his kid too.. dillemma, dilemma! Fortunately, since Nicole was just fact checking and getting everything straight, Eric won’t be too mad at Nicole for temporarily keeping him in the dark, but the next words out of her mouth might incense him, she might suggest leaving little Mickey to be raised by Sarah and Xander instead of her rightful parents Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

Eric will have a few things to say about that, after all, that’s his brother! He will probably concede that Kristen is probably not good Mom material but that his brother Brady will be an excellent Father and that this is just not something he can keep secret so Eric will hatch his own plan to let the rightful parents in on this knowledge soon.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers for April 6: Marlena’s fine but Stefano is doomed!
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will be relieved to know that his beloved Doc, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) made it through the surgery safely and that she’s going to be just fine. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (WIlliam Utay) had no trouble with her. But Stefano DiMera (Steven Nichols) will make one last ditch effort not to go down for the last time. However, it’s not his decision, it’s Dr. Kayla Brady’s (Mary Beth Evans) and like it or not, his surgery is being scheduled. He’ll have to prepare for the final farewell between him and his family… for good this time. Stay tuned!!!
