NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate Orpheus (George DelHoyo) is full of surprises. It was enough that he was alive to begin with, much less back in town. But then we learned of his connection to Evan Frears (Brock Kelly) and how he has a super lawyer for a daughter. But there was a big shocker coming, and we found out this week. Here’s what you need to know.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Chaos
The whole town is buzzing about his return now. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) couldn’t believe this guy was alive and back in action. Neither could a lot of the others who’ve learned the truth so far. But Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has been the hardest hit so far. The news seemed to shake her as much as Stefano DiMera’s (Stephen Nichols) return in Steve Johnson’s body did. Maybe more so. His return has also led to Rafe going through the stress of David’s kidnapping. But how is this all possible?
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Let’s make a deal
It seems that Orpheus is a valuable guy. Too valuable to let die, in fact. We learned this week that the ISA did what they had to in order to save him. Plus, they even cut a deal with the guy. He’s totally immune to prosecution for what he’s done, and it looks like that might even extend to what he will do. Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate he has plans yet for Salem, and an agency all about protecting people is letting it happen.

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: What’s next?
The full, ongoing immunity thing seems to be a done deal. He had no problem breaking into a Police Commissioner’s home. He seemed even cocky about it, and all but dared Rafe to call the police. After he called that bluff, Rafe was stunned to hear this guy is untouchable. Later on, we saw Orpheus show up at John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena’s place at the end of Friday’s episode. We don’t know what he’s doing there yet, but this deal the ISA made sounds like a bad idea and can’t possibly benefit the greater good.
Through the flashback scenes they showed, as well as what we’ve read about the character, he seems like one of the most dangerous villains on the show. Giving a guy like that untouchable status just makes him even more so. It’s also got to be a boost to his ego, as well as the domino effect of Evan being protected as well. Zoey Burge (Kelly Thiebaud) managed to get him out of jail fast enough, and Orpheus took the blame for the kidnapping. What’s to say he won’t find a way to put the blame for Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Hartley) murder on himself as well? Evan will get off scott-free, and he’ll become even more unbalanced and entitled than he already is. Good luck to Salem, because they’re probably going to need it.
